Having troubles connecting? Please try these troubleshooting tips first!


Wifi Issues?

  • Please allow 30-60 seconds for the laptop to connect to the network.
  • If connected to CSD_GUEST please connect to another a network but, simply change to CHS_WIFI by clicking on it in the wifi menu tab.
  • If more issues occur please fill out this form.

Software Issues?

  • Before installing software, please contact the technology center to approve the installation.
  • Student laptops do not have Microsoft Office installed, all users are required to use the Apple equivalent: Pages, Keynote, and Numbers.
  • Teachers installing software will use their own passwords to install software.


  • Please do not use house hold cleaners to clean your laptop.
  • The technology center has the appropriate equipment to clean your laptop, feel free to schedule a time for cleaning.
